We also have many signs saying that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Metro City Soccer always tries to serve our clients with the best customer service possible.

Review: Our child has played indoor soccer at Metro City for several years. Recently, her soccer ball was kicked onto the interior roof area by another player. Every week, we asked for management to retrieve the ball (which would take a ladder). The teenager who worked the desk said that it would be done, but the owner would have to do it. After several weeks of this, we asked for the owner's contact information in order to speak to him directly, but the worker said he did not have that information. And still, no one went up on the interior roof to get our ball or numerous others that had been kicked up there. Finally, at the last game of the session, several balls had been retrieved. Neither ours, nor several other of our team's families' balls were among them. All of our balls were in very good condition. The only balls pulled down from the roof were in poor condition. The teenage worker theorized that our ball must have been stolen by someone off the roof. If it had been retrieved promptly, instead of five weeks afterward, I believe that would not be the case. The service at this business is horrible. The owner put a poor teenager in the position of having to essentially lie to customers when he was required to say that he had no way to contact that owner. I realize that balls should not be kicked by players outside the field so as to land on the roof in the first place; however, this business also caters to young children (ages 8-up) and the owner needs to realize that these things happen with kids this age.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of a new soccer ball. $40.
