does not have to reach our office in 3 business days just has to be postmarked by the 3rd business day. We have not received a cancellation from this customer yet but please keep in mind the customer is from California it might still be in the mail.   If the customer mailed in her 3 day cancellation she will automatically get a full refund and the refund would be processed to accounting on the day it is received, however if the customer did not mail in her 3 day cancelation on or before March 1, 2018 there would be no refund processed as she would be past the 3 day cancelation policy she signed when she placed the order.
