I am rejecting this response because: The pillow shams and bedspread are no longer a matching setI can not use the two togetherThe receipt that I gave to Metro Cleaners does show one bedspread at ***, the same receipt
also show two pillow shams at *** eachI purchased the third pillow sham at a later date for ***Although the pillow shams seem to be ok, I can't use them without the matching bedspreadThe color is a unique color and doesn't match up easily with other colors. Metro cleaners acknowledges that there are three pillow shamsI will ask the consignment shop for the receipt for the third pillow shamThis is a total of ***I am also asking for a refund for the *** cleaning fee I paid to Metro cleaners to have the bedspread and pillow shames cleanedI am asking for all monies I spent to purchase the bedspread and the cleaning fee in the amount of *** - bedspread*** - pillow shams (*** each)*** - pillow sham (purchase is on a separate receiptI will ask the consignment shop for copy of receipt)*** - Cleaning fee
I asked the clerk repeatedly for the owner phone number, as the clerk was not trying to help meI was told by the clerk told that she didn't know the owners phone number. After asking for a few days, I was eventually given a number but no one has called me backMy story was not changed, the bedspread is discolored, wrinkled and has snagsI initially did not discover the snags because I was focused on the discolorationIf there were no snags or rips the bedspread is still not in the same state when I dropped it off to be cleanedIt is useable to me I never got a chance to use the bedspreadIf Metro cleaners says nothing was wrong with the bedspread why did Metro Cleaners try a second time to fix what they cleaned the first timeMy business transaction was with Metro Cleaners not DMP Enterprises that Metro Cleaners states in their response

I called east side service center to make an appointment and the representative who answered the phone disrespected me and then went on to insult me and then hung upI have never felt so insulted and degraded and it is my wish that nobody has to go through that as I didThe persons name was DaveNoone should conduct business like thatIt was so offensive and something needs to be done about itI have the recording of the phone call if you would like to hear it and you will understand why I had to file this complaintThank you
