I was recently selling my house when an inspection highlighted a potential asbestos issue related to the old boiler in the houseI immediately called in some boiler technicians who recommended Advanced Robotics as a company that could advise me on this situationI called them and Kurt their estimator came down to investigate within a couple of hoursKurt assured me that the asbestos was not a hazard but that the cheesecloth exterior was frayed and could be resealedThe Advanced Robotics crew came in the next day and completed the reseal in a couple of hoursThe boiler now looks terrific and is safe for a new ownerAdvanced Robotics was fast, efficient and cost effectiveI would highly recommend them

This company was contracted by my property management to clean dryer vents in my aptbldgThey were in my home alone while I was at work and an incident happened where a custom framed print I had hanging on the wall got brokenMy property manager had let them in but he was outside when this occurredThey claim my cat knocked it off the wallThey were working in my complex for a weekThe incident happened on Monday the first day they were working hereNot one person from the company ever tried to contact me and tell me what happened or even to apologizeI have gotten the whole story 3rd hand
In my opinion if you are doing work in someone's home when they are not home you are careful to not let something bad happen and if it does you take responsibility for it and show some concernNothing like that occurredThey were given my name and phone number but I never heard from any one They would only pay for half the cost of replacement picture

If anybody is looking for a furnace and duct cleaning company do NOT call Advance Robotic Duct Cleaning. They were recommended to me by a few furnace repair companies which is why I chose them. However it was a terrible experience. After they were done my furnace wouldn't turn on and [redacted] had to be called in. They found that the fasteners weren't put back on the furnace cover properly. Advance Robotics has now accused me of tampering with the furnace in order to get the cleaning for free. Along with scratching my floor, stripping screws, ruining drywall, cutting into the baseboards, being told to shut up by one of the crew and having a door ripped out of my hand. The list goes on. I'm furious. They take absolutely no responsibility for their actions, don't want to hear from me and just take the word of their crew who messed up so badly that they're now just trying to cover their[redacted]
