I have never had any issues with my trash service in prior years, but Metro takes the cake for 1st time experiences.

I regularly have to call due to the fact that they do not take/pick up my trash. If I am lucky, I will have someone come back out to take it. If not, which is typically, I have to wait until next pick-up. Even though I pay my bills for pick-up.

I have had a trash man ringing my doorbell and banging on the door at 6:45AM, scaring the hell out of my family. All because he was curious if I knew who's truck was across the street.

Customer service is just as laughable. First of all. they are rude and very unintelligent. A deadly combination. I have tried many times, but cannot get in touch with a manager as to why they are unable to empty my can.

I hate the fact that I have to go this far, but Metro Disposal is a complete joke of a company, and completely incapable of performing their paid service. Ive never been on, or used the Revdex.com in my life, but Metro has driven me to do so.

Here's the kicker.... I have no option but to use them.
