My year old son registered for a Driving Improvement class in July, and paid $via his *** account The class was to be held August 13, When we arrived at *** *** ***, Alexandria, VA, we were told that there is no such business located at that address I have emailed two different addresses requesting a refund but have not received a response
The son is scheduled to attend the class on 20th August, 2016.* We cannot refund thru *** because his wallet got stolen and he has a new credit card and his issuing bank would not accept the old credit card number thru *** SystemI have sent email to the student but did not get a response
