** *** *** Belleville, IL Metro East Roofing, Incinstalled a new roof on the above mentioned address on April 4, We offer a year workmanship warranty for all roofing installed by our company. When we were contacted by Ms***, we honored the warranty by sending a repairman out to inspect the problem and make necessary repairs. At the time of that visit, it was noted that improper repairs had already been made to her roof, by someone other than an employee of Metro East Roofing, Inc., which voids the workmanship warrantyWe have not been notified of any issues with the roof since that visit We strongly disagree with her assessment of the roof being installed incorrectlyAll pipes and vents were installed correctly and proper materials were used.
