Review: House roof work Aware owner contracted Metro Express roofing to put new tile roof in the house, the work was scheduled to start on 6/3/15, after one week since start the roof had done the black paper, the employees was very inconsistence showing to work, missing 1 or 2 days in between working days, and 1 or 2 employees was showing, we met with owner to discuss the job and chose the time, not see the owner again for 4 weeks, the employees work was not supervised, 2 weeks after on 6/17/15 frustrate about the way how the roof was coming and the longer time take to completed and many storm hitting since started, we contacted the owner, he reported was in vacation for 10 days out the town. on 6/28/15 the work still not done and some part was very bad looking and bad finished, owner scheduled to meet on 6/29/15, he made inspection and made excuses said that was done well, after long discussing and frustrationroof company owner [redacted] and the contactor company Aware owner , [redacted] agreed to make some correction and finished the job in 2 days, we agreed to give him the opportunity to completed the job. 2 days after the team lead stated with very unprofessional attitude that he was tired about the job, does not want to speak with owner and he was not sure that he can make the corrections , we desired to stop the job and notified the Aware owner to look for another options to have the roof work completed correctly. As today 07/15/15 the roof still not done and the Aware owner company still negotiating payment with roof company, others roof company been doing estimate and inspection and agreed with owners about the job was not done well and need a lot of corrections that will take the tile off and the re linen again, and re-do the ends.
