*** & *** *** of Altmar NY claim they did not install my fence & gate*** was very much a part of it as he worked for the previous owners and came back several times since to try to fix the gateI will send a copy of the receipts via regular mail of when he came back to fix the gate (twice) and was paid each timeIllusions ( the company that made the fence & gates does not want to deal with meThey only deal with the retailer*** says he wants to help but he has not contacted me or Illusions to hellp resolve this matter*** L***

I apologize for the response being delayed. This particular job has had several modifications to it: additions, deletions, material changes, substitution as well as landscaping done. As we are a small business we do not have the means to keep our materials on site and covered and protected. As a...

result we order once the job is ready. However, we are also at the mercy of our supplier which is a big commercial supplier as they can provide the best prices for a quality product. We are at the mercy of the supplier at this time. The delay has been two fold: a very poor spring weather wise and then the onslaught of orders to suppliers. As soon as the materials are on site it is our plan to install immediately.

Metro Fence (DBA [redacted] and [redacted] of Parish NY) installed the fence 10 years ago.  Our company Metro Fence of Upstate NY LLC ([redacted] and [redacted] of Altmar NY) did not install the fence.  We have been out to see the gate and what could be done.  If there was workmanship...

issues those would have shown up many years ago.  The wind appears to have grabbed the gate and swung it open causing the damage. However, we cannot warranty something we did not install.  If we can help the complainant out in any way we would be more than happy to.

I have had Metro Fence Company install white vinyl fencing at 2 of the homes I have owned. The quality if the fence and workmanship is excellent. The employees showed up on time and left everything spotless when they left. During the recent hurricane I was the only one in my area that had a fence still standing. I would highly recommend this company.
