furnish and install cabinetry and flooring; Metro Flooring & Interior Design furnished the material and licensed contracting sister company did the installation work. Upon completion of our phase of project, the customer acknowledged their satisfaction with the material and workmanship by signing off on our statement of acceptance.We feel that this complaint is frivolous for the following reasons:All product specifications and manufacturer’s information for flooring, cabinets and carpet were submitted to the customer prior to beginning the job.    After the cabinets were delivered and installed, the customer modified the design by adding 10 inches to the base cabinets on the day of the installation. This required us to reinstall some of the wall cabinets so they were aligned with the base cabinets.  And required more labor time and money because we had to order extra material & reschedule installation date.  Even though the customer made a last minute modification we didn't charge extra for additional cabinet  material, granite or labour. We can honestly say that with all the last minute changes, that we did for the customer, any delays in completing the work is a result of that. Additionally, the customer had their own carpenter on site make additional modifications to the cabinets that we provided and installed.  We actually provided the material to them at no cost. We refunded her money from our contract to pay her carpenter.. Finally we did a walk-through & the custemer signed acknowledging to receiving all merchandise in good stand & installation to her satisfaction.  We are going to resolve the situation by having a certified third party evaluate the material and workmanship for the floors and make a determination as to the cause of the issues mentioned in the complaint. We will make an arrangements and notify the customer within 7 business days of the date and time.  At the same time we will take a look at the kitchen cabinets.  If they are defective, we will bring it to the attention of the manufacturer.As a company who has over 10 years of history providing outstanding customer service wetake exception to the unwarranted grade published by Revdex.com based on unsubstantiated one sided information.Based on our response, it is our expectation that Revdex.com would at minimum provide a grade of incomplete until all of the facts from both sides are heard.   We are requesting that the grade posted on the Revdex.com website be removed immediately.Sent from my [redacted]
