that was the one, and only time, that my price went up, and went from an hourly contract to a bid. She did however agree to this bid job, not an hourly contract, prior to me even picking up parts. She verified color of caulk, in the bathroom, with me per my request, before I used it and agreed to the color. After the service was complete, I even provided a discount due to being done quicker than anticipated. I  My family emergency does not need to be public spotlight however. Text messages were saved on my end regarding all communication as well if needed. Refund was issued and sent out, I did receive the letter back.
