First the vehicle price never changed from the day they signed the buyers order. We held this vehicle for well over days in order for the family to receive a settlement check from *** because they sued them for the lemon law. They did not have the money to buy the
vehcle at the time because they did not have the settlemnet check in hand, so we held the vehicle for them for only $because they were in hard timesUsually we require at least $500. They came into the dealership several times showing they were going to receive the money. Then out of no where he calls Me, *** *** and threatens me to give him back his money because they found a better price, he called me a punk and was going to come in and kick my ***The deposit was explained to be non refundable. It is ashame that we worked out a deal and was very gracious in not selling the Sienna for as long as we did and letting them know we were helping them out for as long as they needed. They spent several hours at this dealership. We were never given a shot at even lowering what was a very good deal to begin with nor did we know they were still shopping around, they just called and said give us the money back we got a better deal. We work with everyone but this deal was rediculous, the time we spent and holding the vehicle for as long as we did. Thanks *** *** New Car Sales Manager, *** ext.***... 2-9-

She has a copy of the buyers order that showed her deposit was holding the vehicle for no longer than days. The money was never going to be given back to her because they were putting down over $from the *** settlement for a lemon vehicle. I would have had no problem giving them back the money had they let me speak and not threaten meWe still have all the paperwork which will be archived. We never had hard copies, just copies that we made with our machine...Thanks *** ***

I really have no idea what they are talking about, I truly could care less about the $75.00.  We treat everyone well, I was not given the chance to explain why we keep the deposit because he threatened me and would no let me speak.  They can come get the $75.00 any time.  However to be clear, they did get a buyers order showing everything.  They also came in here several times with attorney documents showing they were getting the money soon for the down payment, so they could pick up the van several times after we wrote the deal up.  The point is that they went somewhere and just got a better deal.  That is fine but when we hold a vehicle that we promise not to sell because someone is going to pick it up soon, that is why we hold a deposit.  $75.00 is usually never enough because most people do not want to lose the money they put down if they find another deal.  A deposit is used to show a comittment from a buyer that is not buying that second to take them out of the market.  That is why $500 to a $1000 is needed.  They did not have more than $75, so we tried to help them out.  They had do go home to get $75 and was begging for us please not to sell the vehicle.  I told them no problem at all.  I can not explain how much of a hastle these people have been.  They also told us that they were at every dealership and they hated all of them but us, they said we were so nice.  These people are complete liars.  If they want the money they just need to come in and pick it up.. Someone should call to actually go over this whole issue.  These written documents are not the half of it... Thanks [redacted]

they told us they were going to be calling us and tell us they could only hold the van for 10 days we had to look elsewhere also he became very belligerent to my son on the phone and he threatened my son they went back on there word one of the times we went in the finance person walks out of the office and says ill just give them there money back I asked him numerous times to contact my attorney he wanted to talk to the car dealer they refused to call him I did not fall on hard times this dealership did not want to accept our van this how I feel because it was considered a lemon I went to another Toyota they worked with me got a sienna the next day they took time to call my attorney it worked out so well they told me to put the settlement on another bill that had higher intrest they got me  an excellent intrest rate they were so kind they worked with us and for us they know how to treat a coustomer metro Toyota went back on there promise they said they would hold the 75.00 until we got the settlement then they turned around and said they can only hold it for ten days I will never recommend this dealership to anyone it all comes down to they really did not want my tradeif they did they would have worked with us instead they lied that they would hold the 75.00 till I get the check really sick there loss.

this is all not true what he is saying I never got a copy of anything from them they told us [redacted] the salesperson and the finance guy said THEY WOULD HOLD THE VAN UNTIL I GOT THE SETTLEMENT MR.[redacted] DID NOT HANDLE ANYTHING WITH THIS SO HE HAS NOTHING TO SAY he  started to get an attitude with my son WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD HOLD THE VAN FOR 5 WEEKS IF THEY HAVE TO THAT THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUISSNESS THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO DO THAT [redacted] THE SALES PERSON ALSO SAID IT THEY BREACHED THE COTRACT WITH ME MR.[redacted] IS A VERY RUDE PERSON  I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL I GET MY 75.00 BACK THIS WILL GO EVEN FURTHER I WILL BE CONTACTING THE NEWS CHANNELS AND ALL  THEY ARE BEING RIDDICULOUS MR.[redacted] WAS NOT THERE WHEN WE WERE TOLD THIS I WILL NOT BE CALLED A LIAR I TOLD THE TRUTH WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD HOLD THE VAN THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT ONLY HOLDING IT FOR 10 DAYS AND THAT IS THE TRUTH ONE THING I HATE IS WHEN SOMEBODY LIES SHAME ON METRO TOYOTA WHO SEEMS TO HAVE FALLEN ON HARD TIMES THAT THEY RIPPED ME OFF I WILL CONTINUE THIS ISSUE NOBODY TELLS ME THAT I WAS TOLD 10 DAYS I WAS TOLD AS LONG AS I NEEDED IT HELD THEY WOULD HOLD IF IT WAS FOR 5 WEEKS IT WAS OK HOW SICK TO CHANGE THERE STORY I GAVE [redacted] SALES PERSON ALL MY PAPERS I WANT THEM BACK AND MY 75.00 I WIL;L NOT STOP UNTIL I HAVE MY 75.00 AND PAPERS .

                   my son and I are still waiting for the check to come in the mail when it does I will let you know mr.[redacted] has a very bad attitude  we are not LIARS we did not make anything up he is trying to cover his back he told us all we had to put down was 75.00 so I don't know what he is saying they are liars they said they could not hold the van after ten days after they told us they would hold the van till we got the money thank god we went elsewhere [redacted] knows how to treat a coustomer and does not call coustomers liars I am so glad I don't have to deal with incompetent liars.[redacted]
