the hourly chargeClients are advised of this when they call for serviceAfter the client contacted us, We reduced the invoice by hour because of the wrong part issue as stated in *** letterThe additional hour is for travail the travail timeSince we cannot verify if the service manager advised the client of the travel charge, we will refund the client for 1hr which is $**+hstThe net invoice after the refund will be a 2hr service call for visits, no additional travel chargeWe feel this is a faire adjustmentWe have since adjusted our pricing policy and fees to be me transparent and clear for clientsThis will avoid future confusion on various service chargesThe refund will be issued in the next 5-business days
