Easy to schedule movemovers showed up on timeQuality of movers was below standardWrapped furniture well but moved boxs and trunks upside down making a real mess of my belongingsMy filing cabin was moved upside down and destroyed lock on drawer Couple of other damaged itemsWorkers fought with each other as one walked off the job making the move in longer with only guys which I paid for the time Asked me to complete survey with worker sitting right beside me to rate serviceCompany never followed up with me to discuss or apologize for the worker issuesI had to call them several days laterI was not looking for refund but they offered nothing to compensate the disruption or poor handling of some of boxed items Company should of had the respect to follow up and make the problem correct I can not recommend this company

We would like to file this complaint about the damages incurred and very unprofessional manner in which we were treated by Joseph’s Moving and Storage (in particular by the owner MrPJ***) following our move handled by this company on 1/2/We selected this company among others after reviewing Revdex.com, online reviews and also upon recommendation of our neighbor who happens to know the ownerUnfortunately, several damages were incurred during the move, which some of them were documented by their employees on the same day (please see Exhibit in supporting documents) and the rest were discovered afterwards in the next day or so, which were reported to their operations manager MsTina H***, and acknowledged by her (please see Exhibits & 4)MsH*** was responsive up to a point, but then left it to the owner as it turns out this company is self-insured, which apparently means owner determines the extent or amount of remedy as we learnedWe wish this was properly disclos

I had a great experience with Johnson Movers, especially compared to my move down from Colorado with Allied Van Lines that damaged some large pieces that I can't fix The movers were courteous, polite, efficient and very careful I had no damage what so ever I would definitely recommend Johnson Movers

Joseph's performed our move on 9/15/ They sent a man crew and arrived on time Hats off to John, Glenn, and Oliver for doing a fantastic job Our furniture was properly wrapped and protected, and we experienced no damage The move went quickly and efficiently, and we were done before we knew it The process of hiring Joseph's was quick and easy Once again, hats off to Tina, Joseph's coordinator Tina was very easy to work with and professional and courteous Would definitely use again
