requires mutual cooperation between the prepared and the clientThe preparer reviews the documentation provided, inputs it into the system, questions the client regarding potential credits or deductions the client may qualify for, and provides documentation for the client to review and approve prior to submitting a copy to the Internal Revenue ServiceMs*** approved the documentation, and authorized Mickie's Tax Service to submit her return to the Internal Revenue Service.As a result of her review, approval, and the subsequent tax filing, Ms*** received additional funds which she was not entitled toThe Internal Revenue Service now requests that she return those additional funds.After speaking with her about the oversight on her taxes, I reviewed her previous tax years, and to inquire that they were correctAs a result of my review, I found additional credits/deductions for the previous year and made revisions for Ms*** at no chargeThese revisions resulted in an additional $refunded to Ms***.In closing, Ms*** reviewed and approved the tax filingShe received additional funds because of that filingThe Internal Revenue Service is requesting the return of those fundsMickie's Tax Service agrees to pay any penalties and interests as of this dateThis resolution would cure Ms*** of any injury she suffered because of the filing.Regards,Mickie's Tax Service

This is a service that I paid for and as a result of their negligence I am being charged with an debtI was not shown the computer screen to see if the figures where correct I was just told that this was the amount of my refundI was handed papers to sign and as I have for the past several years of going to Mickies to get my taxes done I trusted them
