I had a great experience with Metro Junk I tried calling other junk removal companies which directed me to a voicemail which in my experience means you may or may not get a call back I went to the Revdex.com website and filtered junk removal near my house and called them Marion answered and offered to drive to my house within minutes to give me a quote to remove a couple hundred lbs of miscellaneous wood from garden enclosures and more About hours later, the crew came by, removed everything quickly, were extremely polite, and I could move on with my day I manage in the front office at a *** in downtown Chicago and it is rare to see customer service levels like I experienced in a major hotel let alone a junk removal service! I couldn't have been more impressed and will definitely recommend them in the future I did feel the price was a tad bit on the high side but to make a call and have it completed within hours when days or weeks is usually the case, I didn't even hesitate to pull the trigger on hiring them
