We understand that this client posted on a public Facebook yard sale group page on September regarding her piercing experience in June of She was not pierced three times as she alleged and she did not release any personal information about this client's health, because that was an act the
client publicly did on her own accordIn fact, DeeDee stated she could still come see her about her piercing so to resolve any issue she may haveNow with all of this being said and her piercing procedure occurring in June as she previously stated, *** the client failed to report any alleged concerns or complications with her procedure to the studio, even after DeeDee called the client thirty days later and no concern from her was relayed We are having a hard time understanding why "she" chose a public forum to express her concerns and why she chose this public place to release her own personal information If she recalls correctly she did sign a waiver, and at this time she is violating her signed waiver by posting defamation and libel statements on public forums Again, we apologized for any inconvenience and we are sorry she felt she had a bad experience and she also found it necessary to post her alleged problems publicly and not discuss this matter privately with the studio and piercerShe still has an opportunity to come into the studio and discuss this matter further with the body piercer, but we have done all that policy allows at this point
