This customer was insistent about purchasing a 150' LED roll of lighting for the outside of his home.  The salesperson was very careful explaining how the lighting was to be used.  She even suggested other products but this was the one he settled on purchasing.   He tried to...

install the LED lighting at his place and had altered, cut, and bent the roll of lighting.  The salesperson did not say that a refund would be given but we would hold onto it.  I even explained since the lighting was altered there was no way we could have it returned for a refund.  I did suggest professional ways he could still use the lighting as he wanted and this was also explained to him at the time prior to his purchase.
