I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, but after much hassle they provided me with a cash refund that day and I am done dealing with this place.The story from *** *** changed from Saturday where there were none to be had to Monday where other dealerships were not willing to give them up after he realized our conversation was being recordedI asked *** *** to name one dealership that he called regarding the availability of the vehicle in question and he just kept going back to how many he called and would never give me one name in case it was a dealership that I had called and visited personally to check their own stock on handHe also said he was done dealing with me and that I was being unreasonable in asking to be refunded in the same manner with which I had paidTo later also be accused of illegal activities by *** *** was completely out of line and only said to cover his own shady sales tactics.Can I prove auto dealer fraud or some level of bait and switch? Probably not, and they know this, but I would like the events that took place over those few days to be recorded for posterity and to warn others of the potential risk involved when dealing with *** ***, specifically, and Airport Ford in general if they endorse this kind of behavior from their salespeople as they apparently do if the owner's own behavior and support of *** *** is any indication

*** *** contacted Revdex.com and indicated the customer came in and ordered a *** and gave a deposit They didn't have any so one needed to be located They spent hours trying to locate a car and a dealer that would trade for it They were unsuccessful in trading for the car
They called the customer and indicated they would keep trying He arrived at 4:on Saturday and their office was closed The customer said he wanted his deposit back Their checks are computer generated and couldn't print one *** *** offered to deliver the check and the customer said no, he wanted cash They don't have that kind of cash on the premise On Monday, they printed a check and *** *** went with the customer to the bank to cash it The customer also wanted a *** for the price That isn't going to happen

mr [redacted] received discounts of $4322......he did not qualify for military rebate because he has been retired for more than 180 days.....we paid his trade off at [redacted] in the amount of $21058 , our checks 110300 and 110434.....mr [redacted] chose zero percent financing for 60 months instead of $1450...
