Review: I am a resident in this rental building in Queens. In September I paid the deposit to the building. The $500 deposit is still not yet refunded to me as of today 11/**/13

I have been emailing the contact personnel (agent named [redacted], and the president of the company [redacted]), NO RESPONSE ! NO EMAIL WAS REPLIED.

I have been calling and leaving voice messages to their desk. NO PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED

I scheduled an appointment with the agent on 11/**/13, they simply skipped the appointment. NO SHOW. also without any explanation or no words after letting a customer waiting for 3 hours.

After being treated very badly, as a customer, I filed the complaint to their office and there were people each time over the phone that took the messages, saying they will forward the complaint to their office. But NOBODY CALL ME BACK OR EMAIL ME BACK !

This is such bad example in NYC as such customer service and such business practice. This is unacceptable !

I demand immediate refund and an official apology for what they did to me (or for what they DID NOT DO ANYTHING to me)

Review: I was given two [redacted]'s (Keyless remote entry) to gain access to my building. I lost one. I was using my spare as a back-up. I paid $30 for for a stand-by replacement, which I received. My original back-up was de-activated, shut off. So I was charged for a replacement but, at the end of the day, I still only wound up with one.Desired Settlement: I want either A- Have my original back up [redacted] re-activated so that I can have two as intended or, B- If they don't want to re-activate my original [redacted] and leave me with one, I want a refund.And I want an apology for being called a liar.
