Metro installed a new HVAC system in my house and unit is not working properlyIt has been a year yetWe have not receive any of our many calls back
We paid $3,9K for a new system in Oct We did not realize that the comdensor was not working until the summer when the AC did not come on we got estimates to fix the problem and other companies want over 2.7K to fix the problem

Highly unprofessional companyWas recommended this company ( metro mechanical services of Baltimore) by my home warranty so I trusted their guidanceThe first time the company came out (Eric) very professional and thought the problem had been fixed with my HVACI was highly mistakenA little less than a month goes by and the same issue occurs again but worse which caused puddles in basementCalled Eric and was informed he couldn't come to fix the issue until days laterRemember I have to go four days without air as its degrees outside and just as hot indoorsThe day of appointment Eric is not at my house time of appointment nor does he call to communicate he's running lateI have my home warranty company call and of course he returns the call minutes past appointment timeHe states he's running minutes behind because of a flat tire although it sounded like he just woke upIf you had a flat it's professional to call and communicateHe then proceeds to tell me you either want me to come or notNo I don't need the business if this is how you treat paying customersI would not recommend this guy to anyone please go with another company

On August 18, 2017, *** of Metro Mechanical performed a coil repair for my HVAC system; make: ***, Model #***, totaling $(invoice #***) paid using my debit cardMy AC condensing unit is an in-wall unit with refrigerant R-22, which is an antiquated system; however, *** attempted to convert it from a 410A coil with a R-TVC system, which consequently reduced the lifespan of my compressor Since this time, my unit had not been functioning to its' desired thermostat temperature, often five degrees warmer than the settingAs of August 10, 2018, my compressor completely failed, ultimately needing to replace my entire AC unitBack in 2017, my system was still under warranty, at which time, *** should've suggested to replace the entire unit, as any knowledgeable HVAC technician would've doneHowever, he probably realized he would not get compensated as much, since it would've b
