I am rejecting this response because:This the mobile team that did the workI have matching text correspondence to the business phone number listed, receipts, etcI'd really rather not go to litigation, would rather just have a company stand by their work so I could recommend/use them in the futureAt minumum, a reinspection of the vehicle and warranty labor to have it operational and complete resinstall of skid plates/inetior parts should be done as part of conpleted work - as this is work I have proof of paying for by this teamAgain, I'd rather not go into litigation as it will be far more time consuming and costly to both parties.

We absolutely sympathize with this customer in the unfortunate situation that they've been put in by an individual who's been claiming to work for us and also engaging in multiple types of online slander and defamation for some time now, we have included a screenshot of a legal document cease and...

desist order personal information has been blacked out on the cease-and-desist order due to the fact that we are currently in litigation process we are unable to disclose personal information regarding the case however we can assure you that it's being dealt with. Metro Mobile Auto LLC has been in business for over a decade and we have never done transmission work, motor swaps or exhaust work mainly because it's not safe and the job can't be done properly without using a vehicle lift. We offer our sincerest of apologies that this has not been taken care of sooner, and that these customers have become a victim of this horrible individual's actions. Again we are terribly sorry for the unfortunate circumstance that these individuals have been placed in however we do not have time to continue to go back and forth with this customer as this does not relate to any customer we have had it is causing us to take up more time than is necessary for other paying customers as far as the business card is concerned we pay people to pass out business cards and flyers all over town we drop business cards off and Flyers off at every auto parts store in the city it's very easy to pick up our business cards from anywhere act like you're us. Like I said before we never in 10 years done motor swaps transmission work or exhaust work. This will be the last correspondence you received from us as we are not interested in continuing to argue   with somebody that we've never done any work for  and if they have a legitimate concern they are more than welcome to file a civil lawsuit in court in the meantime we've responded twice to the Revdex.coms emails and we followed all the steps that the Revdex.com recommends that we follow in a situation like this,   we've already mentioned that we had filed a cease and desist because there is an individual claiming to do business under our name and engaging in multiple types of defamation and have no desire to  explain our self any further due to the fact that we are in the middle of litigation with this individual we have no intention of continuing to discuss this matter if you have any issues please file a civil suit and contact our attorney thank you again we're sorry for your inconvenience have a nice day
