offer the customer assistance 20% discount on parts and labor
The timing cover gasket was replaced at 34,miles no warranty
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/03/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all it was repaired when I had the warranty then the problem reoccurred , meaning it wasn't done properly, so it was repaired again and I had to take the vehicle back because it started leaking again Why this problem kept reoccurring? I think it was not done correctlySo the last time I had oil change, and was told that it started leaking againMy family own totaled of Nissan vehiclesAre we expecting the vehicle to break down as often as this vehicle? This should not happened if Nissan provided a proper repairI expect Nissan to pay for the repair
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2016/03/18) */

THE FINANCIAL INSTITITUTION SAID IT WAS INVALID SOCIAL SCURITY AND NOT ENOUGHT PROVABLE INCOME

I am rejecting this response because:The social security number is 100% valid, there is another loan under it and a couple credit cardsAlso if income was not enough why would you release the car to me and make me sign the contract? Does someone there not know how to do simple math?

They offered me another car but I had to give 3500 as an extra down payment and would have payments of 500 a month. How is that of any help to me?! They are not trying to help me. I am paying 423 on this car and I already paid 2000 as a down payment. This car is not what I wanted. It is not what I was originally told that I was purchasing. This is fraud.
