while we were satisfied with the flooring the installation process was awful first our installation dates were changed with very little notice which forced change in vacation scheduleInstallers seemed uniformed about items covered in bid and were not prepared to finish job in a timely mannermaterials were damaged during installation , were eventually replaced after several complaints and more delayA three day installation promise took days to finish, unacceptable when you have to be at work every dayI GOT THE FEELING THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING A FAIRLY SMALL JOB, WHY DID THEY MAKE THE BID?
