We have been to this customers home on Friday we found no issues and on Wednesday when we returned during the time of the inspection his blower motor did start smoking but it was not caused by our technician it was either due to age or just from the overload of use and trying to keep up with these current temperaturesHeat pumps can not keep up with this kind of continuous below freezing temps most times it is only one or two days not four or five that we are currently having nowWe did tell the customer that we would reduces the price of the motor and when he still complained about the price my office manager told him that I would job cost the ticket and see if I could reduce it any further he currently has only not paid for the motor and we also did not use a used motor we used a generic motor which we use for most all units to help save the customer moneyWe will contact the customer again today and our Operations Manager will get involved.Thank you, [redacted] General Manager

Good Afternoon, I am responding to the email received Monday, March 13th, 2017, referencing case # ***. After reading the complaint from Ms*** and reviewing her account, we acknowledge that a payment was made on a different customer's account with her card. This payment
was made by a gentlemen whom called in and gave the card information over the phone. It is our company policy not to retain customer card information therefore we were unaware that it was in fact Ms*** card until she brought it to our attention.
