I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because cracks in concrete were there prior but it was not a saftey hazard which it now is due to missing concrete.. my side of the driveway was not in the greatest condition , however it should not be left in a worse condition then it was prior to Razor Sharp conducting their services.
