This is a response from the complaint given by Mr***.Our office works with FannieMae and this was a FannieMae propertyAll negotiationsgo through a private website with our office and FannieMae directlyWe represent theseller onlyDue to confidential agreements with buyer,
seller and our office, we are notallowed to send any personal or private in formation that anyone has signed unless ouroffice subpoenaed for such items.Regarding the $ final water billOur office did send out a payment to the city, Mr.***'s agent contacted us to state that payment never reached the cityWe didcontact them to verify then made a stop payment on our original check and sent out a newcheckThis was all relayed to his real estate agent, *** *** at Power Realtors.Mr*** never contacted our office directly on this.Regarding the debris in the garageFannieMae did hire contractors to install newnooring and interior paintHis agent did contact us and we contacted FannieMaeregarding thisWe have a message center that we send messages through to FannieMae.I have attached what I could print out directly without breaking our confidentiallyagreement with FannieMaeWe did ask twice for this to be removedWe also gave Mr.*** the direct phone number to contact them directly on thisOur office does notcomplete any clean outs or repairs, FannieMae has their own separate vendors tocomplete thisMr*** could have stated that he would not have closed on this untilthis was taken care of as he knew this was not completed prior to hi s closing dateAfterdiscussing with his agent, we let her know we asked for this twice, he still decided toclose on the home.Regarding the radon test, his agent did send over a quote for $ for remediation.have sent over a blank agreement stating FannieMae sells their properties in AS- ISconditionMr*** did sign the exact same paperworkFannieMae denied anycredit for this or to complete the remediation prior to closingHe and his agent wereaware of this from the beginning of the transactionThe seller does not have to completeany repair on the home or give a credit for any reasonThis expense has nothing to dowith our officeThe negotiations are between the seller and the buyer, not Metro RealtyGroupWe sent in the bid to the seller and the request was deniedThe only way to showif there was an approval would be the seller generating an amendment and sending to ouroffice with a credit/purchase price reduction or verbiage stating seller would take care ofremediation prior to closingThere is no other document that would be sent - only for anapprovalMr***, again knew this and decided to proceed with the transaction andclose.Regarding an association, the title company is the company who provides thisinformationIf there is any association, it should come up on the titlePer the specialwarranty deed given by Knight-Barry Title - it shows that this is the Lot in TichiganTrail EstatesIf there is any title question, it should be directed to Knight Barry Title at###-###-####Knight-Barry Title did not give FannieMae or office any information onan association.We understand the frustration regarding the debris and that he was upsetWe talked tohim and gave him the direct contact information and we did report this to FannieMae.We did respond to him in a courteous and professional mannerIn speaking with hisagent, she also realized that this had nothing to do with Metro Realty Group and knew wetried to help with the debris situationShe also agreed that we responded to herprofessionally and had no trouble working with our officeWe have been handlingforeclosed properties since and this is the first complaint that we have had with yourcompany that we can rememberWe would like this complaint to be dissolved ifpossible.Sincerely,*** ***

the phone #'s I was provided - did not help me in any way- I called and left messages - no one seemed to know anything about it and was just given the runaround- on the whole thing so I had no choice but to get rid of garbage myself & I still do not have the garage remote control-I have asked about this many times and no help or response in their answer on that either-
