apologized and said he had many of these conversations with Jill and just feels like a punching bag.  Our office never received an earnest money check for the property on [redacted]. - there are only 3 people in our office and our policy is if we receive an earnest money check we have to issue a receipt and send it to the cobroke agent.  He did confirm that he never did receive anything from our office and it must of been lost in the mail.  The check has not cleared with anyone and its unfortunate that her bank will not release the funds.  Regarding the final water bill on the other property - I did ask her if she wanted to pick up the check herself for the water bill and she refused and told us to mail it to the water department, which we did. We will confirm with the water department that they did receive the check.  Our office has been open since 2002 and after looking at the BBC website - this is the 2nd complaint ever filed against our office - so the claims of so many complaints are simply not true.  Thank you for letting me respond to the complaint - I appreciate it.  Tammy [redacted], [redacted]    Tell us why here...

Tell uI did speak to Tammy personally on Thursday December 28th.  I was not rude to her in the way she describes.  In fact, it took me five minutes trying to describe who I was and the properties I was associated with for her to figure out who she was talking to.The property that our earnest money is still outstanding on is not on [redacted] but on [redacted].  After all of the dealings and problems associated with this whole thing, she should know which property is it on.In response to what our realtor said about his dealings with me and how he feels like a "punching bag."  He is someone that we have dealt with on several home purchases and we have referred him to several friends of ours as well.  We have had nothing but a good relationship with him or we wouldn't keep working with him.  I am sure if I was so rude to him, he would not keep working with us either. We called him upon receiving this response to the Revdex.com from Metro.  Although we can never know what was said for sure between Tammy and our realtor, he did say that he felt as if he was "caught in the middle" because of this situation but never that he felt like he was a "punching bag".  He stated that he never uses those words.In regards to the water bill that is still unpaid at our newly purchased property.  Our realtor was sent a copy of a check from Metro on December 15th (the day of our closing) made out to the City of West Allis Water Dept.  This was emailed to us to show that it was apparently going to be paid.  As of December 28th the city of West Allis had not received that check yet.  That is why I finally called Metro personally.  While talking with Tammy about it, she stated that the check must also be "lost in the mail" and that they would stop payment on it and would send a new one that day.  In her response to the Revdex.com she stated that she offered to have me pick it up but that is simply not true.  I asked her if I could pick it up and in the end, we agreed that she was going to make sure to send it that day.  She never offered to have me pick it up.  And I never refused to pick it up.  That was the end of our conversation.  She did not hang up on me.  On Friday January 5th I called the West Allis Water Dept again and this bill is still left unpaid by Metro. We have it under contract that this is to be paid by Metro.  So this issue is still unresolved.This company may only have two complaints with the Revdex.com but I found numerous bad reviews on different websites when their name is Googled.To date (January 7, 2018) none of these issues we have had with Metro have been resolved.  On January 20th we will finally be able to put a stop payment on the earnet money check and receive our funds back.  They did not offer any type of compromise or at least try to offer any type resolve other than that check is also "lost in the mail"It's our opinion that we are going to get no where with Metro but we hope that this will make people aware of these problems with this company and watch out for them.s why here...

The check for the water bill of 2214 S. 73rd has been processed and the water department did confirm with our office on Friday, January 8th at 10:50 am.  They did explain in their email to us that they were behind in processing their checks due to the New Year.  Thank you - Tammy [redacted] Tell us why here...
