FLASHING AND SHINGLEStHE ROOF WAS LOOKED AT BE ANOTHER COMPANY I MET WITH THEM PER HOMEOWNER AND FOUND NO INSTALLATION ISSUESI WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE THAT MAINTENENCE TO EXTERIOR OF A HOME OR PRE EXISTING FLASHING IS NOT WA INSTALLATION ISSUE HOMES REQUIRE MAINTENCE AND THIS HOMEOWNER HAS DONE NO MAINTENENCE SINCE WHEN HE HAD ORIGINAL LEAK IN THE LEAK WE CAME BACK AND REPAIRED SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE ROOF WAS PUT ON IS THE SAME LEAK HE HAD PRIOR TO THE ROOF BEING INSTALLEDiN WE SEALED THE SAME SIDING ISSUES IN THAT WE SEALED AGAIN A FEW DAYS AGOAgain, Maintenance issues are the responcibilty of the homeowner not the contractor that installed the roofThis homeowner has no warranty claims against our company we have maintenance issuesNot installationWe have spent a lot of money on this home and will no longer warrant the siding issues I have spent my last on the sealing of siding and windows to prove we have no roof installation issuesWe do not come back every years to reseal sidingWe contracted a roof not sidingI also resealed end caps on gutters and outletsThese to are maintenance itemsInstallation warranty falls under shingles being improperly installed and gutters improperly being installedWe have had no issues with eitherI truly wish the Revdex.com would let contractors report homeowners that don't pay us for our services and that foolishly spend the insurance monies they are given to pay us and don'tIt is not always the contractors faultIt seems the Revdex.com is always ready to bash the contractor especially in situations like this one where it was a maintenance issue not a installationProblems have been solved with Mr *** hopefully you will see both sides and as you noticed I have never had a complaint and its situations like this that keeps myself and other contractors from wanting to spend our money becoming accredited with the Revdex.comEither way the results are the same with no benefit in joining the Revdex.comAgain Problem Solved with Mr ***
