Dear Revdex.com, I have attached the detailed estimate provided to Ms*** for the services rendered during the recent flood eventI have also attached the time sheets for this job along with email correspondence between Ms*** and our representative, *** ***Ms*** claims that we
over charged her based on the labor hours billedThere are hours on her bill, in totalWe did incur the expense of labor hours for her job, as we are bound to pay our employees for time that they spend loading/unloading equipment and driving to and from job sitesIn addition to the hourly labor incurred, *** *** made multiple trips to her home in order to assist Ms*** with her project and remove a submersible pump on a Sunday afternoonThe pump was left on site for hours in order to remove the three feet of water but billed at hours, as indicated on line item #of the estimateThe drying equipment was left for a total of days but only charged for The reason that the equipment was placed in the garage was due to the fact that Ms*** had friends and family complete the demolition of her basementWhen our crew arrived, Ms***’s crew was not finished with the demolition*** *** was in touch with Ms*** regarding the setting up of the equipment, assistance with the remaining demo to include removal of baseboards, bathroom vanity and plumbing lines associated with the sinkMr*** elected to take care of this process at no additional expense to the customer as an act of goodwill and compassion Ms*** was underinsured by her insurance company for the finished basement that she ownsThe prices that we use for our services are from Xactimate which is an estimating software that provides industry standard pricing for both insurance adjusters and contractors servicing their claimsMr*** recognized that Ms*** was greatly underinsured and worked directly with her to minimize the charges by cutting the rental times for the equipment providedWe have responded to her requests to lower her invoice amount via emails and her phone calls placed to our officeHer estimate has been explained to her on more that three occasionsWe have attempted to communicate to her that we have already given her a tremendous price break due to her unfortunate circumstances Please assist with the resolution of this complaint Thank you, *** ***

I have already offered to remove the carpet and refund her $of her money, regardless of what *** has concludedWe have left messages stating that we would remove the carpet and provide refund however she has not returned our phone callsIn addition if Ms*** provides paid receipts
of deadbolts being adjusted I will reimburse her or the additional line item paid receipt she mentions in her complaint
