I would like to compliment SMB Construction for another job well done. In 2012 they installed soffit ventilation on my home and I became familiar with their excellent workmanship. Because I desired to improve the looks of my sunporch with a wood ceiling, I naturally contacted SMB. They did a beautiful jobfrom the initial plan to its completion. [redacted], project manager, carpenters [redacted] and **, and painter [redacted] created the look I had envisioned. It was a pleasure to work with them. SMB will always be my choice for construction or reconstruction work and I heartily recommend this company to all.

Our home was hit by a vehicle and sustained significant foundation damage as well as some structual damage. Though their quote was not the cheapest and all damages were covered by our home owners insurance, they were by far the most professional.

We chose SMB as our contractor and the project was finished 2 weeks past their estimate due to weather factors so no fault of their own.

SMB went far beyond our expectations on craftsmanship and professionalism.

I would recommend SMB to anyone in need of restoration during an insurance claim. Not once did I have to deal with the mortgage company once the project started and they take care all paperwork dealing with insurance as well.

They are a terrific 5 star company. Worked on our house 5 years ago. The ceiling tiles in the basement started coming off. They were out the same day, took pictures and started work the next week and put a whole new ceiling for us. Very nice work and super nice workers. No charge*.
