*** *** came into our store to purchase an item that in which we were out of stock. The anticipated restocking time was going to be approximately weeks. When her father stopped in just before Labor Day, before he was leaving town, to see if the item was done, which they were
not. He indicated he still wanted the item and I offered to ship the item to him (as it was a gift for him) at no cost. The item was shipped on 9/26/via UPS tracking No: *** and was delivered on 9/30/14.
As I had explained to *** (and her father) that we do not print individual orders and the item that they wished to purchase was a store item which is re-stocked at a lower priority than our custom bulk orders and that is why the reprint was rescheduled several times
