Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share our prospective on this matter
I responded to the attached email based on the lease
amount of $2,The amount due for prorated rent was calculated at $2,for daysUpon processing the final disposition for deposit return, I discovered that the lease term ended on 7/The residents vacated the home on 7/As of 7/the contract became month to month, as outlined in section of the lease contract (attached)Month to month rent was set at $3,per month
The breakdown for prorated rent is as follows:
$2070/= $per day ($x = $735)
$3224/= $per day ($x = $832)
$832+$735= $1,+ $utilities = $1,
$1,713.61-$1,= -$
Please see attached copies of the lease contract, resident ledger, and renewal pricing sheet for proof
Please let me know if further information is needed

I am not clear as to what point we were notified that our month to month rent had been increased to $3,per monthI would like to see a copy of the lease contract with our signatures to verify that this information had, in fact, been given to usThe only document we were provided upon the end of our contract period was a document stating that we were receiving a rent increase from $to $a monthNowhere outlined in this document did it state a figure of $3,a month

I have provided the signed lease documents, which states that the contract would turn into month to month at the end of your lease term if a new lease is not signedI also provided a copy of the rates based on the price optimizer which is used to determine all of our pricingThe pricing is automatically set within our accounting systemThis is the amount that was owed upon move outUnfortunately, there isn't an alternative resolution

I do not see a signed lease contract attached to this message, nor do I see an attachment of the price optimizer rates
These rates were not discussed with us upon moving in and signing our lease, nor were they brought to our attention when it was time to renew our contract, as a precaution for not signing a new lease in time
These charges were, in all sense of the word, a complete and utter surprise to us, which is why the charges feel more like being unlawfully charged as opposed to a courtesy noticeHad there been more communication between the leasing team and the residents, this would not be an ongoing issue
