charge for 240 Volts. There may have been some confusion regarding quick, fast and DC Fast Charging option. The customer should have looked at charging port, which is like a gas filler door. It clearly shows that the car did not have the DC Quick Charge system. But it does have the Fast Charge system. The DC quick charge can only be used at commercial charging areas. It is cost prohibitive to install in your home. We are sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding that may have taken place. However, we are unable to allow the customer to return the car and we are unable to install the DC Quick charge in the Bolt. The customer was also not charged for the option he said he did not get. The window sticker on the car clearly does not say the Bolt had the DC Fast Charge system. Again, we are very sorry for any misunderstanding. Thanks, [redacted]PresidentGuaranty Chevrolet
