Metro Swim Shop

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They first sent the wrong tech suit color knowing that the one they listed on the web site was wrong. Then after I returned the suit (now they have it for 2 weeks now), they still did not issue a refund even after I called then a week ago. When I called a week ago, I asked them to call m back with a status when it is refunded. They did not call me. Now they say that their refund person is on vacation. They will not give me the number to the person who issues the refund and he is the manager. I will be filing a formal complain through my credit card company tomorrow if I don't get the refund issued tomorrow.

New comments after Metro's e-mail to me just now: They now say that they cant refund my money as the credit card I bought the suit on is not associated with the order and they are asking me to give them another credit card so thy can refund on that one. Are you kidding me?!? My credit card company is telling me they are being deceptive. I am going to file with the better business bureau.
