Metro Tech Dental Care

Review: Appointment was scheduled for 4:30PM for a cleaning, and I was not seen until almost 2 hours later. Metrotech Dental also asked for payment, $116.00, up front before services were rendered even with dental insurance which covers preventative care. During the checkup, they did not do a cleaning or even an inspection of the teeth instead only doing a polishing claiming that was all the appointment was made for. Metrotech Dental had called the previous day confirming an appointment for a cleaning which was confirmed. Preventative care is included in my insurance which Metrotech Dental accepts.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including a refund back to the insurance for the "visit" and the $116, that was paid through my credit card.

I apologize by I accidentally filed this against the wrong business. I am not a patient at this dental place and their name was similar to another organization in the same area. There is no need to have them respond and I would like to consider this matter for complaint ID [redacted] closed. Thanks.
