I was left a voicemail from the business stating that they would remove the infraction from my vehicle and I found this appalling that they would go as far as to say that they would have me arrested for trespassing when it's a parking lot and they have no right whatsoever to do anything of
that nature when I in fact did pay and they need to find a better system on tracking if someone did or didn't payWhy would I be left a voicemail stating to call the business and provide my license plate information so they can remove any infraction if that's not what they were going to do I save the voicemail for that factFurthermore this complaint should stick and stay on the account for further purposes due to the fact of them going back on what was already offered
