Building a home is a process I have built a home in the past with a different builder, with a completely differently experience The process with Caruso was AWESOME!!!! From day one, the sales manager Gar has been great He went above and beyond to keep me informed and aware of the obstacles that arose He was professional and had the attitude that "we will do whatever it takes to make you happy" and resolve any issues! Robert the foreman was informative and helpful He has answered all of my millions of questions Day of settlement was a nightmare Well I did not settle due to a gliche with a permit Mark [redacted] (president of the company) took the time to call, apologize and make things right! I have now lived in my home for about weeks Robert and Gar "check in" to see how things are with my new home I have even received a call from Mr [redacted] I was told at settlement that now I am part of the Caruso family It sure feels like it:) I would highly recommend if you are looking to build your dream home, Caruso is the one I can't wait to enjoy my new home Marie B

I bought my condo in November of Since then there have been numerous problems not only with my unit, but my surrounding neighbors unitsCaruso is always quick to deflect blame and give people the run aroundI had an electrical issue for a month that I had to figure out myself, being an electrician, and verbatim explain how to fix it to the electricians hired to install in all the unitsThe most recent complaint is the snow storm over the weekend that showed a massive leak in my roof that Caruso said was no longer under warrantySince when is a roof supposed to last only years? The year structural warranty doesn't cover this? It's obviously a structural problem if the roof is not doing the one thing a roof is supposed to doThe hvac fan motors installed in the units were also defective from the startI've talked to over other units that have have to have the motors replacedAnd it seems Caruso can't keep the same point of contact for customers for more than a few months before a new face needs to step in
