I am rejecting this response because:

The dealership was not aware that the door was damaged before Metro Towing's driver left their service center. Metro Towing's driver left the door in the up position when he had Lexus Service Center sign off on delivery. Lexus service guys made Metro Towing's driver aware that there was a dent on the right front fender when he dropped off the car. Metro Towing's driver told Lexus service guys that he knew nothing about the dent.

When Lexus service guys tried to close the door they could not. At that time, they called me to find out if there was some special way to close the door. I told them that they just had to pull the door down. I further explained that my doors did not lock in place. They explained that they have tried to pull the door down and it was stuck. I went to the service center to see what was going on and when I got there I realized that the door was stuck, as well as a dent in the car from the door.

Lexus showed me a video of what had happened from the time that the driver had pulled into their parking lot - the driver pulled into the parking lot and climbed on the towing bed, opened the door, and drove the car off of the towing bed with the door in the up position. At that time I knew that my door was damaged by the driver because my doors will not stay up if my car is moving, especially backing down off of a tow bed. The video also shows Lexus service guys trying to close the door and they could not. Then Metro Towing's drive came back and tried to close the door and he could not.

I called Metro Towing and tried to explain this to the owner and he refused to listen or even consider the fact that his driver could be at fault.
