Metroflor

Review: Failure to honor warranty, and would not assist in finding replacement flooring. Flooring is in warehouse in [redacted] and would not assist in getting replacement flooring from warehouse.

Flooring was installed on Oct. 1999 in Laboratory by [redacted] design. [redacted] contacted [redacted] which contacted [redacted]. They were unable to get flooring from [redacted]. MetroFlor and [redacted] Floors were ask to intervene. Customer Service, and Technical Support Services where called and 3 e-mails were sent to [redacted] at MetroFlor. I have called 7 times to customer service, I have spoke to [redacted] warehouse and I have called [redacted] warehouse both have the flooring. MetroFlor and [redacted] have failed to honor contacts even after customer has offered to pay all cost.Desired Settlement: I was able to order online from [redacted] Warehouse in [redacted]. Reimbursement for cost on replacement flooring, shipping, and labor to repair floor.

Review: Purchased commercial grade laminate wood flooring for my residence. Installed in February of 2013. In March of 2014 I noticed floor planks buckling and progressively became worse, at this point the planks are lifting with exposed sharp edges. In addition, the buckling is causing sections of the flooring to actually lift causing a large bubble effect under the flooring. The exposed edges pose a risk to anyone walking on the floor. This is especially dangerous to children playing on the floor, more specifically my 2 1/2 year old daughter.Desired Settlement: The defective flooring needs to be replaced at Metroflors cost and expense.
