Compromised with the customer and completed AC repair on the on going issue. Vehicle is still here as of right now and our service manager has been in contact with customer to keep them updated.

The air conditioning is finally repaired. MB Reno replaced and charged me for the replacement of the driver side door lock without providing me with an estimate in advance of the work being done. The window washer spray mechanism was working but weak prior to bringing in, now after being in MB care it barely works at all and needs to be repaired. The front parking light was on when I arrived. Mechanic inadvertently left on. Strangely enough right front parking light now needs to be replaced as the warning light comes on. Something always goes wrong when I bring this truck into MB of Reno. Either it isn't fixed properly or when I drive off, something goes wrong within the day or two that leads my back into the shop. I honestly believe the Mechanics that work here are incompetent, incapable or both. This was confirmed by three Service Managers.
