I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because Metroplains Managament is failing to take responsibility for this expenses that I have occurred during the rehab of Cambridge TownSquareI did not hire this company to come out and replace this units flooringMetroPlains are the ones that hired [redacted] for this rehab projectThe property manager Cathy is the one that informed [redacted] about my table being damage for Gary stood outside my units screaming at someone over this situationI and my son was told by Cathy the property manager that [redacted] was going to be sued by them for this expense of my table being damagedI understand that the damage done to my table was not on purpose for damage does occur when you have multiple things being replaced at one time while peoples belonging are in that unitI and my son have been in contact with the property manager (Cathy) since this situation occurredThe additional electrical expenses that I occurred was due to the fact that the company was plugging into my out side outlet, windows, doors and not install the trim for the new doors and windows the 11/28/until January 6/My washing machine was not looked at until the date that maintains personal came out on which in stated in the second part of the statement from LisaI have had maintance personal come to my unit in regards to a dryer that was not drying clothes correctly it was than stated that this washers and dryers are junkI was advised to write a letter stated my dislike for this dryer so that the building could get different machinesAdditionally I do have emails and other documents that show that Metroplains is trying to avoid and mislead this expenses that I occurred during the rehab processI was told by Cathy more proof is need so that this situation might be taken care of however if the property managers pictures etc should be enough to resolve these situationsI have had the same cell phone for the last years so I do not understand how I was not reachableI was told by Cathy that Lisa would be calling me about these matters but after I called Lisa I received a call from Cathy stating that some Theresa would be calling me which never did happenIn Lisa letter it stats that no document was available for the total repair cost of my table which is very misleading.I have tried to resolve this situation though Cathy since the beginning and continued to contact her about these situations but I only got excuses as to way these matters are still occurringMy son was informed by Cathy that a check was in the mail covering these expenses but that did not happen I am unable able to get the expense of my table covered through my renters insurance and I have the documents that states whyI have not asked for other expenses that I occurred during this rehab projectI wish to no longer be contacted by MetroplainsI did have hope that using this Revdex.com service that the matter between my family and Metroplains would be resolved but I am still facing the same situation as before

To Whom it May Concern: This is in response to the email complaint received on February 21, 2017, from the Revdex.com, on behalf of *** ***There was a rehab project in progress in at Cambridge Town Square, however Ms*** is mistaken when she states that this was done by
MetroPlainsThe rehab project was done by *** *** of Cold Spring, MinnesotaMs*** addressed the issue of her scratched table with the owner of the property, as well as with *** ***, around the time it occurred. It is our understanding that this issue was resolved; though Ms*** may be unhappy with the resolution, Metroplains is not responsibleOn July 12, 2016, Ms*** reported her washing machine was not workingMaintenance addressed that issue on the same day by leveling the machine and instructing her how to balance loads correctlyThere was no other issue reported with this machine until July 25th, when Ms*** said that the machine was making thumping noisesThe maintenance person looked at the machine on July and, when he could not repair the problem, he scheduled an appointment with *** Appliance for July 26, 9:a.mbecause the machine was under warrantyAfter looking at the machine, the *** repstated he would have to order a part and would return to make the repairA brand-new machine was installed on September 9, Although it was not ideal for Ms*** to be without a washer for that length of time, MetroPlains does not reimburse for residents for laundry expenses incurred due to misuse, machine defect, or to warranty related workI received an email from the property manager, Cathy ***, on January 9, 2017, regarding the table, the washing machine, and the electricity/gasAfter reviewing the email, we decided that given the lack of information provided, reimbursement to Ms*** was unlikelyI unsuccessfully attempted to reach Ms*** by phone on January and 20, confirmed the correct phone number with Cathy ***, and tried again on January When I was unable to reach her again, I drafted a letter stating that we would not reimburse her at this time, however if she provided proof that there was a spike in electrical and gas use during the time these incidents occurred, Management would consider reimbursing her for those expenses. We have not since heard from Ms*** by phone, email or other, nor have I received any proof of her claimsIt is MetroPlains sincere intention to remedy any situation that may result from our failure to properly address a particular matter. In the case of Ms***, we have requested additional information from her that has not been forthcoming and must therefore consider her complaint resolved until or unless all the documentation has been presentedThank you, Lisa ***Assistant Regional Manager
