Review: During my recent trip to Washington DC we stayed at the Metro Points hotel in [redacted] Maryland. When I arrived with my pregnant wife and her elderly mother and aunts we saw a sign that said that the hot water would be off everyday from 12-5 until April 14. In reality ALL water was off well after 5:00pm, most times it was until 8 pm in the entire hotel for three days!! No flushing of toilets and no running water from 12 to 8 for three days. No water was even available to guest to drink at the hotel. My elderly family member is required to take medication at a certain time and we had to find a store to purchase water. The hotel room keys didn't work and I had to go downstairs several times to resolve this issue. As customers complained to hotel manager [redacted] he was very rude and dismissive of all complaints. He pretty much told us to leave if we didn't like it and he wasn't going to do anything about it. Today when I checked out I wanted to talk to him about how this was a HUGE problem for my pregnant wife he was not available. When I called him from the highway to explain how unsanitary it was to have human waste just sitting in toilets for hours he was VERY RUDE and dismissive. I tried to remain calm but have never felt so disrespected in my adult life. I have taken hundreds of trips to hundreds of hotels and this was by far the WORST experience of my life. I have never ever seen management so rude and dismissive of guests for an issue so serious. Could you PLEASE help me get in touch with the property owner so I can talk to them directly about how [redacted] treats his guests. His phone number is ###-###-####. Thank you in advance for help with this matter. I believe I should get some type of refund for this person ruining my trip and causing an unhealthy situation for my pregnant wife and her elderly family members.Desired Settlement: I should receive at least a partial refund for my stay at this hotel.

Review: I booked through [redacted].com there was no indication of having to put a $50 hold onto the hotel room along with the hotel fee and taxes. Metropoints manager [redacted] was rude and stated to me"I'm sure it was on your agreement" I took my reservations out showed it to her and she saw it was not printed anywhere on my confirmation. She charged my credit card anyway and when I inquired about the charges [redacted] stated that the hotel would issue a fund reversal at midnight on Sunday at midnight she was adamant and assured me that was policy on refunds. I called Monday Nov 4th and [redacted] transferred me to [redacted] n Accounting and he was very rude to me and [redacted] the Rep for [redacted] kept saying"Like I Said" and he wouldn't repeat his statements and he hung up on us because we wasn't understanding his statements. Workers give false info and I haven't received my refund.Desired Settlement: Furthermore the hotel TV features weren't working at all and [redacted] never offered me a credit she simply said"some rooms work and some rooms don't " I was in [redacted]
