This was once a reputable, honest company but has fallen into the typical sleazy car shop overcharging tricks, sub-par work, and horrible customer service. They did a lousy paint job on my car where you can actually see cracks in the paint where they just did the touch up paint. Then when I went to go pick up my car, they charged me $100 more than the price they told me on the phone. They had initially quoted me by email "about $450", but I had called to ask why it was so much and that I had received a 2nd quote for more than $100 less than their quote. Which, the owner, Charles F**, told me they could do it for $350 since I was a returning customer. When I went to go pick up my car they said it would be $499. When I refused to pay their increased price which I had never agreed to - they tried to strong arm me and pulled my car into the garage saying they wouldn't give me my car until I paid the higher price. This guy is a slime ball and a thief! Be warned about this horrid place!!!
