Review: This company charged my credit card for a membership in a vacation club. We submitted a notice of rescission within the legal tree business day period. We signed an agreement on Thursday the 27th of March and delivered the notice of rescission on on Monday the 31st. They have committed, on two separate occasions, to refund our money. It still has not happened.We have repeatedly e-mailed them and recently have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: We need the company to Credit our credit card account.
