All buyers of our pets, AS DID THIS BUYER, sign and AGREE to
our sales terms and warranty at point of sale BEFORE buying our pets. This buyer did SIGN, AGREE, and receive a
copy of this agreement at point of sale.
Our warranty clearly says that "buyer shall be
responsible for all
veterinary and related expenses." Baby
puppies, like human children, often develop motion sickness when riding in the
carIt is for the puppies to be afraid when adapting to new people and
places; and apprehensive behavior does not always indicate that they are sick
It is also for the hair to grow and cause puppies to look different in a
very short timeThis buyer did receive the puppy that she had reserved If pups go home and
receive too much attention (this buyer has young children) before they have
time to recover from nausea, then they are subject to sugar drop. We do everything possible to reduce the
incidents in which our buyers incur vet bills.
This buyer called after about days to say the puppy didn't feel
well, but refused to return the puppy at that time per our request. Puppies are unable to eat when sugar drops
too low because it causes severe nausea, weight loss, and diarrhea. By the time of the vet visit, this pup was falling over
and needed IVs to save his life. This buyer
had to pay a vet bill only because he did not follow care instructions, and because they did not return
the pet before it evolved to critical condition. I will not honor this request. Best Wishes, Irvin [redacted]-
