Complaint Information: The customer's claim that the "higher tonnage dumpster" was not available on our mobile site is entirely falseHe is using this argument to attempt to get out of paying our company for the services performedIt is equivalence of renting a car with only miles and
then putting miles on the car, and then expecting the car rental company to adjust the price afterwards to the mile rateWe tried explaining to the customer that had he called us prior to the job was completed we would have worked with himConcerning the claims that our representative was rude during the live chat, once again this is falseWe are more than happy to provide the chat log to anyone that would like to view itAs far as the claim we charged his card without his consent, this is also falseHe placed the order through our website, and in our terms it clearly states that his card would be charged for any outstanding charges upon removalHe had to agree to these terms in order to place the orderThe charges concerning this rental were assessed according to the agreement the customer made when ordering the dumpster rental through our site and are validThere is no adjustment to be made
