As with most fire restorations there are unforeseen damages, that the contractor (us) and the insurance adjuster must come to an agreed price for repairs.  As a result, this  and many other factors can delay the start and finish of the repairs.  We apologize  to any customer under these circumstance that feels there repairs are not being taken care of in a timely matter. All repairs for this customer have been completed .

Review: We had a house fire on Feb. 28th and contracted with this company to do repair and reconstruction on our house. We have been waiting for final repairs ever since (over 5 months). In spite of assurances that things will be taken care of, that work will be scheduled and completed, and various other promises, they have yet to complete their obligations under the contract we signed with them. We have their various assurances in writing along with the multiple incidents where they promised to come out and complete a job, but have yet to. There's been at least one instance of damage worsening because of delays in addressing it.

The work is generally good - when it gets done. But getting them to do it, or even tell us when they're going to do it, has been unacceptably slow.Desired Settlement: Get work scheduled and completed immediately.
