Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the number they contacted was [redacted] They should not be permitted to harass [redacted] parties that do not have any involvement with them I want the calls to my number to stop immediately and threats of mail! No one wants to use a "collection agency". But, when I found myself in that predicament, I did a bit of research and found Metropolitan Credit Adjusters. I was a little skeptical in the beginning, as well as a little nervous. However, I can honestly say, that when I spoke with Glen, he was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly competant in dealing with the difficulty of my debtor. He took over all communication, and negotiations on my behalf. I found, where I had issues getting answers, he was adept at gathering information.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my situation, and really happy with the fairness shown me by Metropolitan Credit. They were sensitive to my situation, and truly did everything they could to help ease my anxiety of being owed a large sum of monies.

I don't give reviews too often, but Glen and his company deserve a few kind words in exchange for their efforts. I really do appreciate them getting results for me, where I could not.
