We had to increase the security at our place (as we had a couple of break-ins in the neighbourhood)I called a few locksmiths in the area, and really got a good feeling about Ben's Security LocksmithsI booked an appointment, and got great advice and serviceTuomo did a great job in a timely fashion: he added deadbolts and wraparounds to our doors

Today, my fiance has been in this office for her appointment and hasn't gotten looked at and it's been three hours! They had not even processed her form in that entire time! Everyone in the waiting area has similar issues, the worst ranging from people waiting since noon and it has been over five hours, still not attended This dental office has very slow staff who all seem to have bad attitudes towards everyoneI honestly have never heard of such bad service from staffThe "professional dentists" are also shady, every time she visits, they always push the deep cleaning for what appears to be purely monetary reasons since last time, she was told about it before they even examined her! Will be leaving for another dentist ASAP Beware of this location: -Ill tempered staff -Shady dentists -Horrendous wait time

We had to increase the security at our place (as we had a couple of break-ins in the neighbourhood). Tuomo did a great job in a timely fashion: he added deadbolts and wraparounds to our doors.

This dental office has very slow staff who all seem to have bad attitudes towards everyone. I honestly have never heard of such bad service from staff. The "professional dentists" are also shady, every time she visits, they always push the deep cleaning for what appears to be purely monetary reasons since last time, she was told about it before they even examined her!
Will be leaving for another dentist ASAP.

Review: In January 2013 I visited the office and was informed that I needed to have about $1200 in work done. I was informed that I needed to have [redacted]r), in addition to 2 root canals and 2 crowns. I was encouraged to apply for Care Credit to pay for all of the copays for the procedures, which I did and was charged that day for all of the services in advance. I was given 6 months to pay for all of the services or else I would be charged interest. Once I had 3 out of 4 fillings (in composite material) completed in February 2013, I was informed by another Dentist Professional that was scheduled to complete the 2 root canals and 2 crowns that same day, that I did not need to have the 3 extractions for the Wisdom teeth since I was not having any issues with them. He informed me that since the 1 molar that was to be extracted was causing the pain, he suggested that I wait and have the molar removed and healed (would take about 3 weeks) and if I still had pain in the 2 molars that needed the root canals, then it would be done. If not, there was no need for the procedures. After many times of calling, I finally spoke with Taneisha and she removed the charges for the 3 extractions (Wisdom Teeth) from Care Credit leaving the charges for the 1 filling, 2 root canals and 2 crowns left to be completed. I did eventually have the 4th filling completed (in Fall 213) however I paid for composite material and ended up getting silver. Being that I did not end up needing procedures for the 2 root canals and the 2 crowns, I attempted on several occasions to call and speak with either Taneisha or Muhammad to have the money refunded to the account prior to be paying off the entire balance however it has not been over 2 years later and I have not received funds. I was always told that Muhammad would return my phone call and has not. I had even gone to the office in person requesting to speak with these 2 staff and would be told that they were busy. However, I am owed money for the services that were not rendered or needed. I did pay off the entire balance of the charges on the Care Credit card as to not have it affect my credit.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the difference in co-pay between the composite filling and silver filling in addition to the 2 root canals and 2 crowns that were not needed but were all paid for in advance.

Review: I took my mother in on 1/**/16 for a cleaning. The appointment was for 4:30pm. This was the last appointment they had. Upon arrival we waited about 45-50 minutes for paperwork, x-rays, and conversation with the dentist. After completion of these items we were informed we'd have to reschedule the cleaning as the hygienist got a call and had to leave. I explained I drove 1.5 hours to bring my mom in for the cleaning. The dentist said he'd see what could be done. He came back and said another hygienist would take my mom. I thanked him and he left. When we were called in - the hygienist was in the other room, came over and stated to the assistant he would stand to do the cleaning. I've brought my mom for cleanings for over 20 years, I myself have had cleaning for over 15 years - I've never had a hygienist stand up to clean. The cleaning started at 5:25pm and it ended at 5:28pm. The top 3 and bottom 3 teeth at the front were cleaned. NOTHING ELSE. When he asked my mom to rinse - I asked him "you finished the cleaning?" He said yes - he couldn't do more. What? So he took off his gloves and left the room. I called the following Monday, 2/*/16 at 8am and was put on hold for 20 minutes while the receptionist searched for the office manager, Mario. She came back on the phone and stated she'd leave him a message to call me back. I called again at 4pm - he was not available and I'd have to leave another message, which I did. I did not get a call back. I called again on Tuesday and repeated the whole leave a message and I'd get a call back. It is now Wednesday and nothing still.Desired Settlement: An apology and finish the work.
